These terms apply to your use of AgeDoor Age Verification Gate (the "App"), published by DAHMANI LIMITED (company number 14723909, registered in England and Wales). Contact: support@dahmani.me.
1. What the App is
The App is an age gate only. It asks visitors to state their age. It does not check identity or documents, it is not proof of age, and a visitor can give a false answer.
2. No promise of legal compliance
We do not promise that using the App meets any law or regulation. Site owners are responsible for what applies to them and to their sites.
3. Lawful use
You must use the App lawfully.
4. Paid plans and billing
Paid plans are billed by Wix and governed by Wix's billing terms. Wix handles payment.
5. The App as it is
The App is provided as is. To the extent English law allows, we give no other warranties about it.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent English law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law.
8. Changes to these terms
We can change these terms with notice.
